Admin Clerk Vacancy
Wage: Depends on experience, negotiable
Hours: Full or Part Time, negotiable.
Variable throughout the season, usually 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Saturday, when required
Florna Plants Ltd is a leading horticultural Supplier to Garden Centres and retailers across the UK. Large scale producer of Pack bedding, Pots, Baskets and Containers. We are currently seeking an Admin Clerk.
Job description; Objectives and responsibilities: -
Responsible for the receiving of goods inward and the correlation of goods compared to delivery notes/order confirmations; on the main nursery site
To integrate, record and input various business unit information onto recording/traceability software systems.
Provide timely cover for the labeling production and application role.
To process the picking lists/Delivery notes using Florna software system.
Answering the telephone and processing customer orders
